These terms cover use of this website and the basis on which we provide quotations. They are not the contract for the work itself — that is set out in the written quote and accompanying terms you agree before work starts.
Using this website
- Content is general information about our services and may be updated at any time.
- Any prices, ranges, timescales or examples are indicative only and are not an offer or a quotation.
- Project descriptions and images may include illustrative or placeholder material and are not a record of a specific job unless stated.
Quotations
- A quotation is free and, unless stated otherwise, valid for 30 days.
- It is based on the information you provide and the survey. If conditions found during the work differ materially from what was visible or disclosed, the price and schedule may be revised, and we will discuss this with you before proceeding.
- Unless expressly included, the quotation excludes sanitaryware, tiles, units and worktops, and excludes structural, gas and specialist works.
Payment
Payment is in stages tied to progress, with the final payment due after the snag walk-through. Stage amounts and dates are set out in the written quote.
Intellectual property
The design, text and images on this site are owned by or licensed to TileDegree and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information on this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
